Waterbay EC showflat will be open during the e-application period, please visit the showflat to know more about the project and check your eligibility to buy an executive condo. Make an appointment with our salesperson now.
2) E-application - After viewing the showflat, you may submit the e-application at the showflat to qualify for the balloting. You will receive a balloting ticket after e-application. Note that e-application can only be submitted at the showflat and CANNOT be submitted online through internet. Check with our salesperson on the documents required for the e-application.
3) Balloting - Drop the balloting ticket before the stipulating time on the balloting day. After the stipulated time, balloting will commence. Wait for your number to be balloted and proceed to selection and booking of unit.
4) Booking - Join the booking queue and wait patiently (and excitedly) for your turn to select and book your choice unit (Good luck to you !!!).
